Launch Oracle respects your right to request deletion of personal information that we control. This page explains how to submit a data deletion request and how we handle it.

1. How to Submit a Request

To request deletion of your data, email admin@launchoracle.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request.

Please include enough information for us to locate your records, such as:

Your full name
The email address you used on Launch Oracle
The campaign, creator, brand, or property you engaged with, if known
A short description of the data you want deleted

2. Verification

To protect your privacy, we may need to verify your identity before processing a deletion request. We may ask you to confirm information associated with your submission or account before actioning the request.

3. What We Will Delete

Subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements, we will delete or anonymize personal information under our control, which may include:

Contact details submitted through forms or campaign signups
Campaign interaction records associated with your request
Account-related information, where applicable
Associated metadata that can reasonably be linked back to you

4. Information That May Be Retained

In some cases, we may retain limited information where necessary to:

Comply with legal, regulatory, or tax obligations
Maintain security, fraud prevention, or abuse monitoring records
Preserve backup or audit logs for a limited retention period
Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims

5. Campaign Owner Data

Launch Oracle may host campaigns on behalf of independent creators, brands, or partners.
If your information was shared with a campaign owner in accordance with our Privacy Policy, that campaign owner may maintain their own records as an independent controller.
We will delete data under our control and, where appropriate, may direct you to contact the relevant campaign owner for deletion of records they control directly.

6. Response Time

We will review and respond to deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable law. If we cannot fully comply with your request, we will explain why.
